About me 👀

My name is Héloïse, I'm a Frenchie living in Lisbon after 7 years spent in the UK.At the age of 29, I had a super conventional life, working in a start-up in London, thinking I was living my best life, enjoying the most amazing cocktails and restaurants in town! Little did I know that the Universe had other plans for me...My life changed drastically after some unexpected events, and I reconnected deeply to my spirituality. Then, yoga found me, I found it, and we're in a very committed relationship.Since 2022 I've been doing more and more yoga trainings because I had an inextinguishable thirst for knowledge. I did a training in Kundalini Yoga and my life turned around completely again. I had found MY practice!Oh and did I mention that I also write books about spirituality in French?
